We would rather publish nothing than publish a draft. It is under review and not yet in force, so it is not shown here.
In the meantime, write to hello@merid1an.com with any question about the terms on which Meridian is provided, and a person will reply in writing.
What we can tell you now
Every new account starts with a free trial, and no card is required to begin it. After the trial a portfolio is billed annually and upfront, each asset at the price for its class. The pricing page sets out the prices, the ceiling, and how an asset added during the year is billed.
Meridian is paid by the portfolios that use it and by nobody else. It takes no commission on vendor work. Payment for work on your assets happens outside Meridian: the product records what is owed and what has been settled, and it does not move money.
