Asset coverage
Yachts, aircraft, properties and vehicles in one portfolio.
Each asset type carries the operational detail that is specific to it. All of them share the same jobs, approvals, documents, people and vendors, so the portfolio holds together instead of splitting into four systems.
Yachts
Crew rotations, passages and movements, class and survey dates, refit and yard periods.
What it tracks
- Crew assignments, contracts and certificate expiries
- Movements and passage planning with the crew confirmed against them
- Class society surveys and flag documentation with their due dates
- Refit and yard periods run as work orders with quotes and approvals
- Tender, engine and machinery servicing by hours as well as by date
Aircraft
Airworthiness and certification windows, crew currency, positioning flights and scheduled inspections.
What it tracks
- Airworthiness and operating certificates with renewal windows tracked
- Flight crew licences, medicals and currency dates
- Positioning and charter movements scheduled ahead
- Inspections raised on airframe or engine hours, whichever falls first
- Maintenance organisation and vendor work orders in one thread
Properties
Household staff, contractors, statutory certifications and seasonal readiness.
What it tracks
- Household and grounds staff, with their contracts and clearances
- Contractor work orders, quotes and approvals per property
- Statutory and safety certifications with their expiry dates
- Recurring bills and service contracts, with renewals raised in advance
- Seasonal opening and closing run as scheduled operations
Vehicles
Collection servicing, registrations, storage, transport and pre-use readiness.
What it tracks
- Servicing by odometer reading or by interval, whichever comes first
- Registration and roadworthy dates per vehicle
- Storage locations and transport between them
- Specialist and marque vendor work orders with parts lead times
- Readiness before use, so a car is not discovered flat on the day
One portfolio
Specialised where it matters, shared everywhere else.
An aircraft’s certification windows have nothing in common with a property’s seasonal readiness. The work of tracking them does.
A vendor is a vendor whichever asset they are servicing. An approval routes to the principal the same way. A document with an expiry date is tracked the same way. That is why a two-person office can run a mixed portfolio without a separate tool, a separate login and a separate set of habits for each asset type.
Jurisdiction, home base, operating location, currency and timezone are held per asset, so an Australian yacht and a New Zealand property sit in the same portfolio without either being treated as the exception.
