What we can tell you now
Meridian collects the details you submit through the forms on this site so an operator can reply to you, and the operational data you enter into the product itself. Marketing contact is a separate, optional tick box on those forms, never bundled into the enquiry.
This site sets no analytics cookie. Page views are counted with a value held for the life of the browser tab that identifies nobody and is never sent to a third party, so there is no consent to give and nothing to revoke.
Signed in, the product stores more than a session. Alongside sign-in and security it keeps your interface preferences, and it keeps a copy of your portfolio in the browser so the app still opens with no connection. That copy is limited to the data the main screens read, is discarded after 24 hours, is tied to the account that wrote it, and is erased on sign out. It is held unencrypted, so anyone with the device unlocked can read it. Offline access is a convenience rather than a requirement: the product works without it, and signing out removes it.
