Meridian is an operations command centre for private asset portfolios, built in Australia for family offices and the teams who run yachts, aircraft, properties and vehicles on their behalf.
Why it exists.
The tools available to a private asset team are split in two. On one side, software built for a single asset class, which knows a great deal about a yacht and nothing about the aircraft or the house. On the other, general project tools that know nothing about either, and have to be bent into shape by whoever set them up.
So the coordination ends up where coordination always ends up: spreadsheets, inboxes, messaging apps and one person’s memory. That works until someone leaves, an asset is added, or two things are due in the same week.
Meridian takes the position that the useful primitive is the work itself: a job, with an asset, a person, a vendor, a document, an approval and a due date attached. Get that right once and it covers a yacht, an aircraft, a residence and a car collection without four separate systems.

Operations first
Meridian is an operations tool. It is not portfolio accounting, investment reporting or a compliance platform. Certificates and renewals matter here because they block work, not because the product is a compliance engine wearing a different name.
If it does not help you act, it should not be there
A feature that stores information without helping someone move work forward is overhead. We would rather ship fewer screens that answer what is due, who owns it and what is blocked.
